Talents and word count

Talents have been added. Im not sure what they can be used for, but you gain 2 for every post and 1 for every karma you gain. (2 posts and 1 karma will get you 5 talents).

Also, word count. So we dont have posts with, like, 10 words (Which I would consider spam most of the time), there is a minimum word count set to 30 words. It really shouldnt be hard to meet an' beat that.

Please let me know if any problems arise.

Edit//Word count is now placed at 15 words a post, or a long sentence. Let me know if you have any problems with this.
